I spent yesterday at The Congregation in Long Beach.
A bar that not only has numerous delicious beers on draft and great food, but also has frozen coasters bolted to their bar to keep your refreshments refrigerated.
Now that, is quality.
As I sunk my teeth into a tomato basil flat bread I spotted her.
