This Tuesday we're making lunch!
New yummy salad to try... Tuscan white bean salad. It's super cheap, easy and delicious.
What you'll need:
- 2 6-ounce cans chunk light tuna, drained
- 1 15-ounce can small white beans, such as cannellini or great northern, rinsed
- 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Trader Joes "21 Seasoning Salute" (Optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and stir.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 2 days before serving.
Serve with lettuce as a salad, or on Pita Bread!
